Excellent communication and care. My dad was getting released from rehab, and we needed care for most of the day for about two weeks as he transitioned home. CC was recommended by the rehab facility he was admitted in. I was put in touch with Cho, the care director, who met with us in person, interviewed us for our needs and preferences and arranged all of the care we needed. She was always available and very responsive for requests or if any issues came up. Our caretakers were professional, courteous and always helpful, and they made the transition for my dad (and me!) smooth. I would definitely recommend them.
